If you're an existing clients and would like to upgrade for a special cost at $30. Please send an email to phpfoxaddons@gmail.com with the title "Upgrade", and I will send you a discount code for your purchase.

New features to be implemented in the next release:
1. Individual feed subscriptions like facebook.
2. Share button

Demo: www.mods4fox.com/v3
user: test1@yahoo.com
pass: 123456

Purchase Link: Phpfox V3 Advanced Feeds

Note: I will have to confirm your payment before you'll be able to download the product. This will take between 8 - 12 hours.

Refund: Please test the mod thoroughly before consider buying it. I will not refund once you've purchased it.

Here are the screen shots how the comment feeds work on this Advanced Feeds vs. Phpfox.

To eliminate the excessive display of comment, like or dislike feeds on the page, I changed the algorithm so that if a post is not 20 hours old, a comment is made, or likes or dislikes is submitted, the post will still get bumped to the top, but it will not display the comment, likes, dislike feed anymore.

If the same post has a new comment or like or dislike, only the newest activity will be displayed along with the posts and all the previous information. This helps prevent flooding on your page. Notice how phpfox displays the comments for the same posts on the last screen shot.

Here is how the Phpfox Version works. Display one feed for every single comment on the same post like below will flood your page and bury other posts deep down the list. Also I noticed that you can't reply to a comment feed, you could only like or share it. It is really annoying when you see some one comments, and you just can't reply to it within the feed. You have to click on the post to reply to that comment.

Thanks for sharing this! For the 'dislike' button alone it's worth it but it looks really messy compared to the advanced wall and there's no friends tagging with this and my existing feed has vanished!

Think I must have missed something in editing the core files.

This got me thinking:

Every time you update the Phpfox scripts you need to edit this again and again?

Yup, just realised I missed editing the core files too. Given that it doesn't have friends tagging and there's new versions of phpfox coming out now is it worth installing?

To me, no it isn't. New versions of phpfox are always coming.
So think I'm gonna skip this.

But still thanks for this great share.
